The GSIS Innovation Zone is a curated showcase environment within the Global Security and Innovation Summit. It brings together selected companies, start-ups, technology providers and partner communities whose solutions contribute to security, innovation and resilience.
Integrated into the wider GSIS platform, the Innovation Zone connects practical capabilities with strategic debate. It is designed to create meaningful exchange between decision makers, industry leaders, investors, infrastructure actors, researchers, founders and technology experts.
Unlike a traditional exhibition area, the Innovation Zone focuses on relevance, access and strategic fit — creating a space where technologies, partnerships and practical solutions can be explored in direct connection with the GSIS programme.
More than an exhibition
The Innovation Zone is not designed as a conventional trade fair environment. It is part of a curated international platform connecting policy, technology, capital and resilience.
Positioned alongside the Main Conference, Partner Programmes and networking formats, the Innovation Zone helps translate strategic dialogue into practical cooperation. Participants can discover technologies and solutions that respond to current and emerging security challenges — from advanced technologies and critical infrastructure to resilience, supply chains and strategic innovation.
Up close and on site
Located within the CCH – Congress Center Hamburg, the Innovation Zone is closely connected to the central GSIS networking areas and programme formats. Its placement supports natural exchange between delegates, Showcase Partners and GSIS participants throughout the summit. Networking breaks, catering areas and selected programme elements create regular touchpoints between the Innovation Zone and the wider GSIS audience.
This integrated setting allows participants to engage with relevant technologies and organisations while remaining connected to the strategic discussions taking place across the summit.
